Endure the pain was a weightloss, muscle gain fitness camp undertaken by our senior trainer Kashif Nabi.
This was an intensive 45-55 minute workout that included functional fitness exercises along with some hardcore HIIT sessions. At the end of each class, many of the participants would be drained out but motivated to beat their previous best.
At the end of two sessions, clients were able to see notable differences in their bodies and lifestyle. Their day-to-day activities, as a matter fact, increased substantially because of that.
